Laughter club (monthly)
Laughter as exercise - don’t mind if I do! There can be many health benefits to laughter from lifting mood to reducing stress to relaxing the body.
These monthly laughter sessions will focus on cultivating laughter with games and activities for you to try out in a supportive and fun environment. We will work together as a group and you can participate as much as you are able to, with no pressure! These sessions are inspired by Laughter Yoga practice, and you will receive full instruction throughout. This workshop is inspired by Laughter Yoga practice. Give it a go!
Venue: Newlands south Church, 37 Riverside road, G43 2EG (opposite Langside rail station)

- Thursday 17th October 7:30pm-8:30pm
- Thursday 21st November 7:30pm-8:30pm
- Thursday 19th December 7:30pm-8:30pm
- Thursday 17th January 7:30pm-8:30pm
Cost: £6 per session
