We are so looking forward to running our second kundalini yoga retreat at the beautiful Eastwood House in Dunkeld on the banks of the River Tay. A time for yoga, meditation, soundbath with gong, chakra dancing, delicious food and so much more in the peaceful grounds. £450 includes full accommodation and food; £510 single supplement; £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

Julia Coulson and I both come from a psychotherapy background and we have a passion to support others with the connection of mind and body; to help empower everyone who comes to the retreat to have time out for themselves for the weekend, resulting in returning home feeling more energised.
