Journaling can be a valuable resource for clients both during and after counselling.

This workshop will explore:

  • ways in which journaling can help clients
  • how to select from different journaling techniques
  • how to incorporate journaling into your practice
  • when journaling might not be an appropriate resource for a client

The workshop will include short presentations, discussion and opportunities to practice some of the writing techniques.

Cost:

  • Early bird - standard £105/trainee therapist £85 until 18th January 2025.
  • After 18th January - standard £125/trainee therapist £105.
