Introduction to shadow work for psychotherapists and counsellors

Develop your practice by learning new and powerful techniques for working with shadow parts of the self. These techniques can be incorporated into your existing way of working.

Work with your own shadow to explore blocks that are limiting you in your practice and in other areas of your life.

Bring clarity to your practice by working constructively and collaboratively with your clients when:

• there is a block in the therapy
• you feel challenged criticised or deskilled
• the client is not responding to your usual modality you and you want to deepen the work you are doing with your client
• you are working with strong projections, defences or resistance

This workshop is predominantly experiential and includes both practising the tools learnt and exploring your own shadow. Each participant has the opportunity to work with their own shadow facilitated by Marianne.

Through working with the shadow directly, a lot can change for your and your clients.
