About this workshop

This 2-hour workshop will give you an introduction to the core concepts of mindfulness and mindful mediation, that will help you to:

  • Consider your response to situations in day to day life.
  • Understand more about stress, anxiety, anger and other overwhelming feelings.
  • Use mindful meditation as a therapeutic tool.
  • Examine patterns of behaviour that you would like to change.
