Introduction to mindfulness: Mindful approach to modern living
Live, online session with a certified mindfulness teacher in small groups of 5-12 participants on Zoom.
This is an introduction to mindfulness. We will answer common questions, starting with "What is mindfulness?" and will talk through the benefits of mindfulness practice. The session will also include guided sessions, teachings and small group discussions.
This session will also give you an opportunity to join if you so wish, the 8-week mindfulness-based living course (MBLC) developed by The Mindfulness Association, which I will run weekly following this introduction.
