Introduction to mindfulness - 3 week course
This course that runs for three weeks (three x 2 hour sessions) is a basic introduction to mindfulness in which participants get the chance to ask any questions you may have and experience some of the mindful meditation practices.
Each week we will look at one of the meditations from the eight week course and explore reactions to it.
This course is both a great preparation for the eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (to be held in April 2019) or as a stand alone course to introduce you to mindfulness or refresh a lapsed mindfulness practice.
