Introduction to mindfulness
Come along to a short, guided session to experience the benefits of slowing down and learning simple techniques to reduce stress, improve wellbeing and create more balance in your life.
We will be exploring a new technique each week to help you find what works best for you. There will be time for feedback and asking questions to support you to develop a mindfulness practice that suits your personality and lifestyle.
All welcome, no experience necessary.

About Marie O'Neill
I am a fully qualified counsellor and mindfulness coach with over 15 years experience of using mindfulness in my everyday life. I am trained in an interfaith approach, to support people from all faiths and none to find a practice that suits their beliefs.
