This course will help you to become a better listener and learn skills used by counsellors to support others.
The course is ideal for:
- Anyone with an interest in counselling and psychotherapy.
- Those who work in helping roles.
- Anyone looking to learn and enhance techniques to support others.
- Those wishing to improve relationships.
We will cover practical skills, self-reflection, common obstacles and a brief introduction to counselling theory.
The course is made up of four Wednesday sessions from 9:30am until 11am in Sevenoaks, on the following dates:

- September 29th
- October 6th
- October 13th
