This event will be a mixture of theory and practical workshops, drawing on the work of Stephen Porges, Deb Dana and Ariel Schwartz (among others).

You will come away from the event with a greater understanding of the autonomic nervous system and polyvagal theory and be able to fit this with how clients are presenting in your therapeutic space. Alongside this, you will have gained experience in the use of practical ideas, based on polyvagal theory, for how to help clients manage their moment-by-moment experiencing and improve their ability to self-regulate.
