About the insightful motherhood therapeutic mask workshop

- Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
- Cost: £15 per person, inclusive of materials and refreshments
A creative and therapeutic workshop designed to give you space, time and understanding. As a mother and psychotherapeutic counsellor, I have both personal experience and professional expertise to share with you.
Using a range of materials and mediums, you’ll create meaningful art that embodies the emotions and experiences of your identity. Learn about the different aspects of your identity, what’s important to you and what changes you could make in your life.
