Inner worlds - a journey into visualisation and sound
This workshop is designed for you to take multiple inner voyages, and to experience deep states of relaxation so that you can dwell in the land of your personal imagination, and your waking dreams. In the light of a Jungian framework, these healing practices will open you to your creative unconscious.
In this three hour workshop, I will create an ambient atmosphere for you to beckon your inner mystic, and allow your creativity to flow. Through the use of sound - through my seven chakra crystal bowls, drumming, and the 9 Solfeggio pipes, and my large wind gong, I will transport you to other places and landscapes. Some meditations will be with sound, and some will be guided visualisations. If you enjoy guided visualisations, Jungian practices, sound work, or meditation and relaxation then this one is for you - as there is a lot more time dedicated to these practices, a whole workshop in fact.
Feel free to bring your mats, blankets and cushions and get into that Theta state of being. There will be opportunities to share your creative insights with others and the group, and compare the magical synchronicities, along with a refreshment break, to mingle with awesome like-minded people.
This event is open to anyone who feels drawn. No prior meditation practice required, or experience of previous sound work or Jungian practices is necessary.
