Hushed time
During this contemplative nature connection experience, we will allow ourselves to experience silence in the forest.
I will help you first to drop into your body and guide you through a sensory and mindful meditation to help quieten your mind and bring your senses to the forefront. We will then each find a safe spot to sit for 20-30 minutes to be present in a non-doing manner, thus fostering the expression of our curiosity, intuition and insights.
Finally, we will take a moment to share our experiences together in the intimacy of the forest.



I'm a qualified counsellor/ecotherapist and a certified nature and forest therapy guide. I believe there are many ways to support our wellbeing and I run regular events to encourage people to reconnect with nature and community, for wellness and personal growth.
