This one-day workshop offers couples a chance to pause and reflect on their relationship.

Run by experienced couples therapists, the day will support you in improving communication, deepening emotional connection, and strengthening intimacy. Whether you are navigating a difficult patch or simply want to invest in your relationship, this is a warm, structured, and confidential space to reconnect and understand each other better.

The day includes:

  • Psychoeducation about relationship patterns.
  • Tools for better communication and conflict resolution.
  • Space to reflect and reconnect together.

Cost: £400 per couple. Early Bird Discount £350 if paid by 28th July.
