Hope support group; mental and emotional support
A support group for being able to meet with others whom also may struggle with depression, anxiety, bereavement, financial, parenting, relational and or housing stress and want to learn how to manage your emotional and mental well being (many more topics and issues can be brought to group also-depending on who turns up!)
We are running these groups during term time only from 9am to 11am - all welcome if you make your way to the main reception of school and say you are attending the HOPE support group.
You can expect the support group to be relaxed and welcoming and facilitated by a professional, experienced and qualified counselling practitioner.
The event is free!
We meet every Friday during term time only 9-11am.
Many self help tools discussed and shown including meditation and breathing techniques.
A safe and confidential space to meet others and not feel alone in the darkness and weight of whatever it is that your struggling with what may seem at times completely alone.
