HeARTfulness - mindfulness & art for well-being & personal growth
A six-week online creative mindfulness course for well-being and personal growth.
Group Zoom call every Sunday evening 6.30pm - 8.30pm for six weeks, facilitated by Lisa Fisher, creative therapeutic counsellor and mindfulness coach.
- week one - the breath and body as a safe place
- week two - lets doodle
- week three - mindful mandalas
- week four - nature as nurture
- week five - a journey to journalling
- week six - peace is within me
No previous art experience needed. Please note I am not an artist! Some materials required to participate, paper, pens or pencils, any choice of paints, scissors and glue.
The content will be a mix of PowerPoint, guided meditation, creative exercises and group discussion. Material including pre-recorded guided meditation videos will be provided at the end of the course for continuing practice.
