An extensive 18-week group therapy programme

Many individuals grapple with the emotional aftermath of childhood trauma. Joining others who have encountered similar challenges can greatly assist in the path towards healing and recovery.

We are pleased to offer an 18-session programme specifically crafted to support individuals like you in addressing the enduring impacts of childhood trauma.

Purpose

Our cognitive therapy programme aims to examine and alleviate the influence of distressing memories and negative thought patterns on your current life. Through a supportive group setting, we foster healing and empower you with practical coping strategies.

Group structure

  • The group will include eight to 10 participants led by an experienced therapist who will facilitate each session.
  • Weekly meetings will be conducted.
  • Confidentiality is crucial, and you are encouraged to share at your comfort level.
  • There is no pressure to disclose anything before you are ready.

Approach

Our approach is based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, known for their effectiveness in addressing emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties. We provide a structured and nurturing framework to support your path to healing.
