Hakomi practice group
Hakomi is an experiential, body-mind practice that uses mindfulness to help people notice what gets in the way of nourishment and connection, with the purpose of reducing unnecessary suffering.
This practice group is an opportunity to experience the Hakomi method in a small group.
This is open to anyone who wishes to explore a mindful approach to self-understanding.
