Hakomi is an experiential body-mind method that uses mindfulness to help people study themselves, with the purpose of reducing unnecessary suffering.

This practice group is an opportunity to experience the Hakomi method in a small group.

It is open to anyone who wishes to explore a mindful approach to self-understanding.

It will help a lot to manage numbers if you could contact me to let me know in advance if you intend to come - either by email at jamie@jamiefearn.co.uk, or via social media (@jftherapy).

I ask for a voluntary donation up to £10 (decided by attendees) to cover costs. You can either pay in advance by bank transfer or pay on the day.

If you book a place and cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, I also ask you to consider donating towards the cost.
