Hakomi is a subtle and skilful method where we can study the ways in which we hold onto old and often non-conscious beliefs, behaviours, and habits, that can limit our openness to living life wholeheartedly.

In this training, you will develop your capacity to offer a loving and compassionate presence to yourself and others. A Hakomi session is a journey that begins with mindfulness to deepen self-awareness, and then uses little experiments to uncover these limiting beliefs. This creative way of working brings movement towards healing from within.

The training will be two days of experiential Hakomi practices, working as a whole group, in small groups, and individually. Anyone open to exploring a mindful approach to self-understanding will benefit from attending.

The times for the two days are 10am to 5:30pm on the Saturday and 1pm to 7pm on the Sunday.

You can book by contacting Josh Gifford by email at: hakomiadmin@phonecoop.coop
