Guilt and shame webinar, 11th December 10am-12pm (GMT).

Just £10 to learn the difference and how to work with either. This will be an experiential workshop. Do have a look at my recommendations and share with those that might be interested. 
 
Guilt and shame can become most debilitating. Within this webinar, you will learn the difference between them and gain tools to know how to work with either.

I will offer an understanding of where it comes from and where the focus of attention needs to be with experiential experiments. Some will have an opportunity to work (with their own process or clients). Also, the paradox of selfishness-selflessness and much more.
