New for 2019 - a series of workshops, each of five weekly sessions, looking at the practical benefits of guided visualisation relaxation: a powerful method of self-guided visualisation relaxation which can give you support for a range of situations such as anxiety, stress, phobias, pain relief, anger and depression.
Each session will be run for a small group of up to eight participants and will give an informal insight into the theory and practical benefits of this technique. Working towards the development of a visualisation scenario tailored for the circumstances of each individual member of the group.
