The therapeutic techniques you will learn on this workshop are essential for helping people successfully overcome depression, addictions, anxiety and more.

Guided imagery, as taught on day one, is one of the most powerful psychotherapeutic tools available to us.

Day two will allow you to develop your ability to use it flexibly and successfully in a range of different client presentations. These are essential skills to have in your therapeutic ‘toolkit’.

  • Counts towards part one of the HG Diploma.
  • CPD certificate: six hours
  • Price: £198 per person
