There will be three groups, which are:

Tuesdays evenings, 6.30pm to 8pm. Weekly sessions.

Dates are: September 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, October 4th and 11th.

Wednesday mornings, 11am to 12.30pm. Weekly sessions.

Dates are: September 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, October 5th and 12th.

Friday Mornings, 9.30am to 11am. Weekly sessions.

Dates are: September 16th, 23rd, 30th, October 7th, 14th and 21st.

Sessions will be held through Zoom.

Will be myself and groups of 8, the same people each week for 6 weeks.

What you will learn and achieve:

  • How confidence and self-esteem is developed
  • How your habits can be contributing to your low self-worth.
  • Educating you on the Neuroscience relating to building confidence
  • Helping you to remap your brain and neuro pathways that contributes to low self-esteem and low confidence.
  • Learn how to challenge your self-limited beliefs.
  • Learn how to start listening to your inner critic and learn from it and challenge it!

All of this whilst growing your own inner coach!
