As the four seasons move through the year, we can find opportunities for reflection and to make changes in ourselves. Reflecting on the way we feel, what we think and ways in which we behave.

As part of this reflective process, I am offering you opportunities to open yourself to change, through the dynamics of group therapy. 

Group therapy sessions are a great way for people to be supported, work through issues and benefit from the company of people who are also seeking to make personal changes.

I am offering:

  • Six spaces per group
  • Two days; 10:00 to 17:00 each day.
  • Refreshments and light snacks are included.

£160.00 for both days per person
