GDPR/data protection for practitioners: everything you could want to know in plain English
This course is aimed at anyone and everyone who keeps sensitive data about their clients, whether electronically or on paper.
At the end of the course you will understand what you need to do and why you need to do it.
If you decide to make the wise step of keeping your files electronically (or if you already have), you will learn how to encrypt and keep that data safe, so that even if you left it on the bus nobody could access it.

- Ditch the paper: How to encrypt your client documents easily, safely and for free.

It will be run in a seminar style, with opportunities for questions throughout.
Copies of course presentations and other helpful resources will be supplied, plus a certificate of attendance at the end of the work.
