An online interactive course over four Friday mornings: "A truly enriching experience that surpassed my expectations on many levels" Olivia, 26, London.

An online course open to anyone wanting to gift themself the time for deep reflection on all aspects of their life in a structured and supportive way. It offers an opportunity to step back and take time to reflect: What really matters to you? What’s working and what’s not? Where are you stuck? How can you move towards more joy and satisfaction...?

This is a chance to come together with others to address these questions and more, developing skills and insights week-by-week through simple yet powerful exercises. Explore ideas for personal change as well as increase your sense of clarity, purpose, and aliveness.

Who is it for?

Anyone, from any walk of life, at any stage of life! Particularly valuable to those in a time of transition, who are questioning or feeling stuck – or for anyone who would value simply taking the time to take stock. An ideal accompaniment for those in the process of therapy, and equally valuable for those who don't want therapy but would still value gifting themself the time for deep reflection.

Past participants have ranged in age from their 20s to their 80s and joined the sessions from across the globe.

When and how?

Four Friday mornings on Zoom: 19th & 26th April and 10th & 17th May 2024, 9.30 am-12.30 pm BST. All sessions are recorded so any missed can be caught up on.

"I am left feeling affirmed and boosted. Each session was as valuable as a therapy session. I can't recommend this course highly enough." Rosa, Cornwall
