Friday therapy group
Friday therapy group is a small therapy group open to anyone who feels they need support. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed. You may be experiencing difficulties in your relationships. Perhaps you want to understand yourself better and increase your confidence and self-esteem. Perhaps you are overwhelmed by the feelings or pressures of modern life.
This group gives you time to explore your feelings in a safe space. The group will share, grow, and heal together. The group meets every week for six weeks. Each session is two hours.
The next Friday therapy group starts Friday 10th January, 10am until 12noon, for six weeks. £30 per person per session. Booking is essential as places are limited.

The group is facilitated by Sharon Baker. Sharon is in advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis at The Berne Institute and is experienced in running process therapy groups.
