Working with art is an effective way to develop self-awareness, work through difficulties, and improve mental health.

The person-centered art therapy skills certificate is an amazing experiential course that enables you to develop skills for working therapeutically with art in a variety of settings. Developing skills with therapeutic art can help you develop your confidence, your professional practice, and create new career opportunities.

This is a practical course delivered over six intensive weekends and certificated by the person-centered art therapy association. Students learn in small supportive groups, engage with skills practice, feedback, and they will produce a portfolio. There is a ratio of at leastone tutor for every six students which enables regular observation and feedback to support your learning.
