Free mindfulness session - Online (Zoom)

This session aims to give anyone new to and curious about mindfulness an introduction. Or for those wishing to take some time out of their busy lives, this is an opportunity to practice mindfulness in a supportive way, learn more about it through their experience or even the potential benefits regular practice has to offer.
A key aspect of these sessions is that it will give you a first-hand experience of a few practical mindfulness exercises, which you can start to put into practice in your everyday life straight away.
This course is run by a qualified and experienced Mindfulness Teacher and Psychologist.
There is a maximum of 12 places so early booking is advised.

One of the reasons we started Mindfulness in Reading is because of the gap between the provision of mindfulness and the level of interest / need. Our intention is to start bridging this gap by bringing mindfulness sessions to the public. With the hope of allowing more people access to the mindfulness that has so benefited our clients and ourselves.
