This session aims to give anyone new to and curious about mindfulness an introduction. Or for those wishing to take some time out of their busy lives, this is an opportunity to practice mindfulness in a supportive way, learn more about it through their experience or even the potential benefits that regular practice has to offer.

A key aspect of these sessions is that they will give you a first-hand experience of a few practical mindfulness exercises, which you can start to put into practice in your everyday life straight away.

This course is run by a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist. It is also a good opportunity to meet the teacher of the next eight-week mindfulness-based living course and ask questions before considering it.

There is a maximum of 12 places so early booking is advised. We have been closely following the advice around Covid-19 and, in light of this, will be delivering our eight-week mindfulness groups and free mindfulness sessions online, until further notice.

Nearer the time of the session, we will email you with the online Zoom link.

To book your place, please go to mindfulnessinreading.co.uk.
