Free fitness for mental wellbeing online sessions
Got the 'lockdown blues'?
I'm starting a free weekly 'Fitness for Mental Wellbeing' session on Zoom on Wednesdays at 8am from May 6th - there will be a full-body workout - cardio, strength, core and flexibility with a relaxation session and life-style tips and advice for boosting your mental health during the lockdown.
All fitness levels catered for.
I'm a personal trainer and a psychotherapist and I use fitness and therapeutic techniques to help people improve their mental health.
Each week, exercises and lifestyle tips will be based around a theme, beginning with anxiety and covering depression, sleeplessness, mindfulness, lower back pain and more.
