We are delighted to present a weekend of mindfulness and forgiveness. In an amazing setting overlooking Richmond Park, enjoy what has been described by many as a life-changing experience.
Through the use of Jack Kornfield’s Buddhist psychology and guided meditations, and Dr Enwright’s PhD research on the forgiveness model, we have fused a weekend of mindfulness and the forgiveness model (see links below).

Who is this for?
This weekend is ideal for mental health practitioners, counsellors and psychotherapists and mindfulness teachers to gain a different approach to working with suffering and trauma, and a new working model.
What is in the weekend program?

Throughout the weekend there will be meditation, presentations, discussions, reflection, enquiry, understanding and practical sessions defining forgiveness and working through this process. There will time for reflection, walks and rest.
