Forgiveness and mindfulness
Empowerment retreat - Richmond Park
Explore the limitless power of forgiveness.
We are delighted to present a weekend of mindfulness and forgiveness. In an amazing setting overlooking Richmond Park, enjoy what has been described by many as a life-changing experience.
Through the use of Jack Kornfield’s Buddhist psychology and guided meditations, and Dr Enwright’s PhD research on the forgiveness model, we have fused a weekend of mindfulness and the forgiveness model (see links below).
The American Psychological Society and BPS recognise the value of the forgiveness process - see link below for a recent publication...
Who is this for?
This weekend is ideal for mental health practitioners, counsellors and psychotherapists and mindfulness teachers to gain a different approach to working with suffering and trauma, and a new working model.
What is in the weekend program?
