This series of forest bathing wanders is your Autumnal invitation to integrate more mindful time in your life. You can either join for just one date or three dates if you'd like to experience a deeper and more supportive benefit.

We will meet in Chingford, only 30 minutes from Liverpool Street, and with easy access to Epping Forest. And we will experience the forest at different times of the day across the season, engaging all our senses and allowing ourselves to adopt a slower pace. You will be guided in experiencing nature in an entirely new way and improving your ability to quieten your mind and relax your body.

Dates and times:

  • Sept. 7th  5pm-8pm
  • Oct. 5th  10.30 am - 1pm
  • Nov. 2nd  2 -4 pm

Who is it for?

Adults 18+. It is not a hike and doesn’t require to be particularly fit.

And if you recognise yourself in the following statements, it might be a good activity for you - this is not an exhaustive list of course:

  • I often struggle with anxiety
  • I spend a lot of time in my head
  • I experience guilt when I rest and "do nothing"
  •  I feel overworked and stressed
