Critical incident debriefing - train to become a facilitator

This is a highly effective and comprehensive one-day workshop for counsellors and psychotherapists, healthcare professionals, managers and practitioners who want to gain skills and confidence as facilitators of critical incident debriefings.

The harmful effects of critical incidents are well known and can include anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance and fatigue. In the workplace this can lead to reduced efficiency, motivation and morale as well as unsafe practice.

Critical incident debriefings (CID) are intensive and effective interventions, and skilled CID facilitators are a valuable asset to any organisation.

This course will enable you to offer debriefing sessions to individuals or groups, in your organisation, or as a private service.

If you want to gain the knowledge and skills to become a confident and effective CID facilitator, this workshop is for you.

"The course content was thoroughly planned and very well structured. This enabled the
participants to build confidence and competence in the skills required for Critical Incident
Debriefing".

"The sincerity and realness of the workshop was probably the most striking aspect for me, there was no sense of ticking boxes or simply covering a list of tasks; it was meaningful and real, and I value the experience highly".
