This workshop is for women who are finding it difficult to find the partner and the relationships they would like, may not have had much experience of dating or may have had lots of experience of dating but are finding the process challenging and lonely at times.

The group is open to women of all ages to help us get clearer about what we want for ourselves in terms of an intimate relationship.

It’s an opportunity to share and support each other, while moving towards doing something different and more satisfying.

Throughout the day we will focus on what we are personally looking for and how we can put this into action in the future, with a look at dating. This will include the chance to share the challenging aspects of looking for a relationship, identifying if you are ready, rules about contact, behaviour on dates, post-date behaviour and old patterns that may limit us.

The idea for the group comes from my personal experience of dating & relationships, understanding how tough it can be, my work with men and women who are seeking relationships and my work at a dating agency as a senior consultant and matchmaker.
