Existence precedes essence – existential ideas in counselling

Existential Counselling draws upon the ideas of philosophy (namely existentialism!) as a way of understanding human motivation, growth and stuckness.

Not so much a structured, prescriptive model the approach instead draws from several fundamental beliefs; which we explore.

We will also look at how this can be applied in practice.
