This is a one-day workshop aimed at supervisors and supervisees who are interested in exploring ideas around ethical decision making. The day will include exploring the ethical framework and models of ethical decision-making.

The day will be a mix of 'taught input' and experiential learning with peers.

This workshop is part of a series of supervisor CPD we are running. The workshops are aimed at;

  • practicing supervisors
  • those considering supervisor training
  • supervisees who are interested in knowing more about the supervision process and their own 'internal supervisor'

The workshop series will be facilitated by Sarah Grant-Jones and/or Sue Mansworth. Sarah is an accredited counsellor who has been running training courses through Person-Centred Workshops for 14 years. Sue is an accredited counsellor & supervisor of individuals & groups. Sue has been involved in teaching counselling and supervision for many years.
