Equine-assisted mindfulness workshop
A confidential, safe and tranquil experience to help understand and use mindfulness for personal and professional development.
Learn the principles of mindfulness and how it can help anxiety through equine-assisted therapy / mindfulness. Horses are experts at living in the moment and through this session they will give you the tranquil experience of being with them and the power of silence. Breathe and communicate with the herd and they may talk back to you.
No riding is involved and you don't need any previous experience of horses.
Includes light refreshments and hot/cold drinks. Please bring your own lunch.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
