Emotional well-being for adolescents - a two-day workshop
CPD hours: 11
The teenage brain is unique. This two-day workshop will explore what neuroscience tells us about the differences between emotional and physical stress and anxiety for adolescents. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, you will learn easily transferable skills that support limit-setting and behavioural change to take into the workplace for immediate use.
Day one will focus on why teenagers behave as they do, while day two will be how you can support them in new ways.
Presented by Joanna Groves, Director of The Affinity Centre.
