Effective conflict resolution – a Human Givens approach

Conflict needn’t always be destructive – properly handled it can prove creative and productive, leading to better outcomes all round.

This course will:

• Help you gain a deeper understanding of why conflicts develop, and the role our innate needs and resources play in conflict situations.
• Build your comfort with situations that involve conflict. 
• Develop your leadership ability to respond to conflict and/or support others who are enduring it.

Using a practical, sequenced model, you will gain a deeper understanding of the psychological factors involved and learn how to support the process of resolution by addressing issues constructively and improving how individuals relate to one another.
