Eating and mindfulness
This four-week course offers a new way to look at food choices, habits and dietary beliefs.
It will run on Monday evenings via Zoom.
Mindfulness; learning to be present and aware, is used as a tool to look more closely at emotions and reactivity, especially when related to emotional eating. Sessions will contain meditations, group discussion and some teaching. Participants are encouraged to meditate between sessions and do homework. No meditation experience is needed.
