Dynamic meditation of the five rhythms
The purpose of all meditation is to arrive closer to a state of relaxation, peace, awareness, and mindfulness. That doesn't mean it has to be serious, intense or difficult - there are many ways to meditate.
In these initial sessions, we will be offering the dynamic meditation of the five rhythms, initiated by Gabrielle Roth.
No experience is required - just a desire to let go, and a curiosity to discover what it means to consciously contact the rhythms of life.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket, mat or towel to lay on the floor afterwards!
