Through a blend of ancient wisdom and cutting edge techniques, we'll discover the blocks and patterns in your life. You'll identify the roots of your issues and dissolve them. I will then support you in embodying and implementing the insights and wisdom you have gained.

Additionally, I'll assist you in designing a ritual to do at home to continue releasing the past and to support your new growth.

This workshop will combine Family Constellations, Shamanic Journeying and Energy Psychology.

This workshop is for anyone that has tried to make changes, shift patterns or release unhelpful habits which haven't worked….Yet! The roots of our issues can have many different origins, which might not even originate with you.
