Who is this course for?
This course is specifically designed for head teachers and is for you if you want to learn new ways of thinking about resilience. The workshop will explore what you can do practically and on a daily basis to enhance your confidence, stamina and your ability to be at your best.
This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to bring and work on your own issues and any challenging aspects of your work that can diminish you mentally and emotionally. You will have a safe environment in which to explore how you can better manage and process your thoughts and feelings to enable you to thrive at work.
GCS is delighted to host Dr Anna Harvey, who is a senior clinical lecturer in social work and social care. She has worked at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic leading seminars for advanced practitioners in reflective supervision for many years. She has a huge interest in education and the emotional dynamics of teaching.
