Depression Support Group (Mondays)
An additional group to the original Friday afternoon, this small group of up to 6 people will meet weekly 5.30 - 7.00 pm to cater for people who cannot meet in the daytime.
Building trust and awareness within the group, feeling accepted and understood by everyone, and tips and techniques and insights from a professional counsellor and the experiences of the members.
The Friday group has been really successful, with members really enjoying sharing, opening up and trust in the group that enable everyone to speak up, share concerns and feelings, or thought and behaviours - and then learn about themselves which is key to managing depression, and to give you choices and options.
From Monday 6th January 2014.
£10 for 90 minutes,
