Depression Support Group
Whether it is within our personal lives or at work we are often overcome by depression.
This can have a devastating effect on our lives leaving us feeling helplessness, worthless and empty. We lose all sense of enjoyment, happiness and fulfilment. This can lead onto severe mental health issues.
The Support Group is a weekly, one hour session which aims to support anyone who is struggling with the debilitating symptoms of depression. Our focus is to develop insight and encourage greater, confidence, assertiveness and self worth. Helping you to cope, manage and enhance your life skills.
