The adverse psychological impact of critical incidents is widely recognised and includes anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, and fatigue. In the workplace, this can lead to reduced efficiency, motivation, and morale, as well as unsafe practices.

Critical incident debriefings are intensive and highly effective interventions. Skilled CID facilitators are a valuable asset to many public and private organisations.

Drawing on our experience and expertise, we offer a unique and thorough one-day training which will provide you with the theory and framework as well as the skills, knowledge and confidence to conduct competent and effective debriefings for individuals or groups following a critical incident.

The course is suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, managers, nurses, doctors, and any healthcare/care practitioners.
