Creative, expressive and playful 5hr CPD that will enable practitioners to work alongside creative ideas in the workplace. Creative ideas to help us self-regulate, manage emotions, work with anger, explore internal and external self, coping mechanisms and look at our five senses. On the day expect the use of sand, glitter, balloons and lots more...

Hi all, Happy new year Cara here therapist, supervisor, trainer and most importantly mum. I've put of sharing my CPD for a while due to other responsibilities however here we are creative CPD planned and ready beautiful CPD certificates designed and delivered. This CPD event is a max of 8 people due to the nature of the session.
