In this workshop, we will explore the role of grounding in your daily work and how best to find that place of stability for yourself. Using the mountain, you will design a reflection to focus on what grounds you when you feel disconnected.
Ideal for therapists, counsellors, supervisors and those involved in the caring professions.
All materials and tuition provided - no experience needed.
